Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:
Aussie Fitness Pros provides the original purchaser that the frame of the Aussie Pro Runner will be free from manufacturing defects for a duration of five years from purchase date. All other components and parts of the Aussie Pro Runner shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the original purchase date when the Aussie Pro Runner is used under normal uses and conditions as recommended by Aussie Fitness Pros. Throughout this warranty period Aussie Fitness Pros will at no additional charge, replace or repair (at Aussie Fitness Pros options) the frame or any part of the Aussie Pro Runner if it is defective, malfunctions, or otherwise does not conform with this Limited Warranty. Labor Coverage for the above warranty work will be provided for one year.
Registration for Warranty
Register your Aussie Pro Runner with Aussie Fitness Pros within (10) days of purchase online at www.aussiefitnesspros.com/pages/registration . Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Aussie Pro Runner must have been registered though Aussie Fitness Pros and / or a copy of the proof of purchase, transferred warranty letter, and serial number must be presented at time of service. Aussie Fitness Pros will not cover any warranty if these items are not presented, or if the product has not been registered.
What is not Covered in this Warranty:
This limited warranty is applicable only for Aussie Pro Runner sold in the USA under the Aussie Fitness Pro brand name. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on components such as, but not limited to, broken covers, foot pedals, transportation wheels, plastic end caps, belts, cosmetic damage, and excludes paint and finish. This warranty is void if the Aussie Fitness Pro is improperly misused, stored, assembled, altered and / or modified in any way, is subject to an accident, and is improperly maintained. Wear items pertain to items that may need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover repair for any noise such as: clunks, thumps, squeaks resulting from poor or lack of preventative maintenance. This limited warranty does not extend to any Aussie Pro Runner that is damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of use with the product of any part not manufactured or sold by Aussie Fitness pros; (b) due to a result of misuse, abuse, or accident; (c) due to normal wear and tear; (d) by modifying the Aussie Pro Runner; (e) as a result of service by someone other than Aussie Fitness Pros. If any Aussie Pro Runner should be submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be supplied. This Limited Warranty is void if the Aussie Pro Runner serial number has been defaced or removed.
Locations for Warranty Service
This limited warranty is applicable only to Aussie Pro Runners purchased from Aussie Fitness Pros. The limited warranty will be voided if there is any evidence of alteration, forgery, or erasing of proof of purchase documents. If the Aussie Pro Runner requires delivery, shipment, or transport it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to make payment for any fees associated with the servicing of the Aussie Pro Runner.
Voided Warranty
The warranty for the Aussie Fitness Pro is void if the serial number has been removed, altered or defaced. The warranty is not applicable to any failure of the Aussie Pro Runner or its components due to modifications or alteration, abuse and misuse, accidental damage, lack of maintenance or improper assembly. Common assembly errors may include stripped screws and nuts, damaged wire harness, cranks or damaged threads.
Disclaimed Warranties
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu or any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral. All other warranties, to the maximum extent allowable by law, including but not limited to implied warranty, express warranty, warranty of merchantability, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent.
Warranty Claim Processing
You must contact the original place of purchase to obtain warranty service. All exchanged frames and parts replaced under this warranty will become the property of Aussie Fitness Pros. Aussie Fitness Pros may, at its decision, replace or repair any defective Aussie Pro Runner parts or frame with new or serviceable used parts that are equivalent in function to the original parts. Aussie FItness Pros reserves the right to change manufactures of any parts to cover any existing warranty. Any parts that are determined to be defective must be returned to Aussie Fitness Pros in order to obtain the warranty service. Customers must first prepay any shipping charges, custom duties and taxes, export taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts or Aussie Pro Runner. The customer will assume the risk of loss during shipment and is responsible for insuring any part or Aussie Pro Runner shipped or returned.
