SHIPPING & RETURNS SUMMARY

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Processing Time: In-stock items ship next business day, though you should allow 3-5 business days for processing. Extended lead time items will show the ship time on the product page (e.g., "Ships in ~3 weeks").

Transit Time: Typical delivery is 2-5 business days, though some areas may take up to 14 business days, particularly rural or remote locations.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

Curbside Only - The driver delivers to your driveway or curb. You must bring the item inside yourself. The Aussie Pro Runner crate weighs approximately 400 lbs, and out of the crate it weighs approximately 340 lbs, so be sure to have help ready. For liability reasons, the driver cannot enter your property.

Inspect Before Signing: Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for any incorrect quantity or damage before signing. Any damage to contents must be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect and making any notes on your shipment before signing off limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.

RETURNS (30-Day Window)

Requirements: Items must be in original packaging, new condition, and secured on a pallet.

Costs: You pay shipping and handling costs in both directions, plus a 20% restocking fee. Pre-shipment cancellations incur a 3% processing charge.

Refused Deliveries: You pay all shipping costs both ways.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
