Due to high order volume, please allow 3 - 5 business days for Aussie Pro Runner to be processed and shipped.
Destination times will vary based on climate, distance and accessibility to your city. Some regions, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier. Most items will be received in 5-7 days, although some may take up to 14 days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our dispatch team confirming your purchase has shipped. We will provide you with the freight carrier information, tracking number and instructions.
Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for any incorrect quantity or damage before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.
The Aussie Pro Runner is shipped via FedEx, which provides a curbside delivery. Curbside means the FedEx is only obligated to deliver to your curb. It is your responsibility to bring the Aussie Pro Runner into your home. Be sure to have a few mates help move as it is almost 400 lbs.
For liability reasons, FedEx is prohibited from bringing deliveries inside. If you live at a location that limits access to your property you will be responsible for transfer from the closest access point.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions, if an order is refused.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Aussie Fitness Pros policy allow you to send back your purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred in both directions. The Aussie Pro Runner must be in the original packaging, new condition, and on a pallet. If a returned product is not in the original packaging, new condition, or on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited.
