The Aussie Pro Runner is shipped via freight company, which provides curbside delivery.  Curbside means they will only deliver to you curb / driveway.  You will be responsible to get your Aussie Pro Runner into your home.  Please make sure you to have a few mates help you move it inside. 

Your order will ship next day and most are received within 5 days.  All shipping dates are estimates as they are LTL shipments that require an appointment time.  We promise to make every effort to fulfill shipments on time, however COVID and other natural disasters can impact shipping logistics and may cause delays. For liability reasons, our freight companies are not allowed to bring deliveries inside your home.  

Yes.  You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your Aussie Pro Runner leaves the dock.

Aussie Fitness Pros policy allow you to send back your purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred in both directions. The Aussie Pro Runner must be in the original packaging, new condition, and on a pallet.  If a returned product is not in the original packaging, new condition, or on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited. 

No plug needed! The console runs on 4 AA batteries.
